(VOVWORLD) - Researchers from the University of Sydney presented multiple studies on Vietnam and projects to boost cooperation with Vietnam’s educational and research establishments at a seminar held by the Sydney-Vietnam Institute on Wednesday.

The event, the fifth of its kind, sought solutions to common issues to improve people’s lives through sharing knowledge.
Addressing the seminar, Vietnamese Ambassador to Australia Nguyen Tat Thanh said these studies not only provide insight into practical issues, but also increase understanding between the two peoples.
The University of Sydney and the Sydney-Vietnam Institute are opening up new channels of cooperation between the two countries, he said.
