On March 29, 2023, the Steering Committee for External Information Service, the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information and Education, the Vietnam News Agency, and relevant agencies held a press conference launching the ninth National External Information Service Awards. 

Nhằm đẩy mạnh các hoạt động ngoại giao văn hóa và công tác về người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài, ngày 27/9, Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Australia đã tổ chức buổi giới thiệu tập thơ “Tiếng vọng hồn sông núi” của tác giả Trương Hòa Bình, nguyên Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, nguyên Phó Thủ tướng Thường trực.

Ngày 21/9, Đại học Sydney, Australia, đã tổ chức hội thảo khoa học và công bố việc thành lập Viện Sydney Việt Nam nhằm thúc đẩy hơn nữa mối quan hệ hợp tác giữa trường và các cơ sở giáo dục - đào tạo và nghiên cứu hàng đầu của Việt Nam, qua đó góp phần tăng cường mối quan hệ song phương giữa hai nước.
