RESTRICTION MEASURES OF GOVERNMENT OF VIETNAM - COVID 19

GOVERNMENT OF VIETNAM HAS DECIDED TO TEMPORARILY HALT VISA ISSUANCE TO FOREIGNERS FOR 30 DAYS, APPLICABLE SINCE 18 MARCH.

FOREIGNERS ENJOYING VISA-WAVER PROGRAM OR OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE AND THEIR SPOUSES AND CHILDREN HAVING BEEN GRANTED WITH CERTIFICATE OF VISA EXEMPTION SHALL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO ENTER VIETNAM IF THEY CAN SUBMIT PAPERS CERTIFYING THEY ARE NOT POSITIVE FOR THE VIRUS. 

THESE ABOVE MEASURES SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO ENTRANTS FOR DIPLOMATIC OR OFFICIAL PURPOSES.

ALL ENTRANTS SHALL BE MEDICALLY CHECKED AND HAVE TO COMPLY WITH THE NATION'S COVID-19 PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES.

ALL INCOMING TRAVELERS FROM OR TRANSITING THROUGH US, EU AND ASEAN COUNTRIES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CENTRALIZED QUARANTINE.

Đại sứ quán Việt Nam thông báo kể từ ngày 07/3/2020 áp dụng bắt buộc tờ khai y tế đối với tất cả hành khách nước ngoài và Việt nam khởi hành từ các nước tới Việt Nam. Tờ khai y tế được khuyến khích khai online qua ứng dụng điện thoại sau đó quét mã QR khi xuống sân bay. Chi tiết tại địa chỉ: https://tokhaiyte.vn/. Trường hợp chưa khai online sẽ khai tại cửa khẩu khi nhập cảnh.

The Embassy of Vietnam wishes to inform that all passengers are requested to submit Medical Declaration Form before entering Vietnam. The passengers can fill the form online or the paper form on arrival. The details can be accessed on the website: https://tokhaiyte.vn/
