Embassy Activities

NOTICE

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, the Embassy will be closed on Friday, 16 February 2018.

Embassy of Viet Nam

WARNING:

We recently received a cluster of complaints from both Australian and foreign travellers and businesses about their online visa applications to Viet Nam. Some of them complained that they could not board the flight because their airlines do not accept online visas. Others filled in online visa applications via unauthorized and/or untrustworthy websites so that they were certainly denied entry and paid a fine because they turned up with fake visas.

For reasons as such, travellers and businesses to Viet Nam are strongly recommended to contact the Embassy of the S.R. of Viet Nam in Australia for consultations and advices before lodging their visa applications. They are also encouraged to obtain their visas before departure.
